1. Return and Exchange Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items. Returns or exchanges requested beyond this period may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer.
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Gift cards
- Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team at service@https://www.albertocrosara.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
b. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if the return or exchange is approved. They will also provide instructions on how to proceed, including the return shipping address if applicable.
c. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and any accessories that came with it.
d. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
e. Ship the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item and it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you promptly. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. International Returns & Exchanges
For international returns and exchanges, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please note that international customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.
